Christian Dior Couture seeks a Temp Coordinator for Sustainability and Wholesale Operations in New York. Hybrid role, M-F, 9am-6pm.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the New Life & Revalorization Manager in daily operations including stock management, reconciliations, and inventory level monitoring
- Process customer returns and assist in handling purchase orders while monitoring product pricing
- Prepare and compile daily and weekly reporting for merchandising, purchasing, and wholesale departments
- Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for sustainability taskforce initiatives
- Develop and distribute newsletters related to sustainability and operational updates
- Communicate and partner closely with key internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with the setup and execution of internal sales events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of prior professional experience
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
- Clear and concise communication skills with internal and external groups
- Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience preferred

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
