Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Supply Planner in Orléans, France — permanent full-time role in the Industrial Supply Chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of suppliers to ensure product availability, maximise value and optimise cost-to-serve.
- Define and deploy short-, medium- and long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Negotiate and implement logistics and supply contracts (lead times, delivery frequency, MOQ) and oversee contract compliance.
- Drive supplier performance through regular reviews, capacity/charge alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimise stock policy and inventory parameters to balance service levels and working capital.
- Identify and deploy innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and resilience.
- Develop privileged partnerships with suppliers, including regular on-site visits and joint improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a supply planning, procurement or industrial purchasing role.
- Demonstrable experience in supplier performance management, contract negotiation and inventory optimisation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP system.
- Fluent English (spoken) to liaise with international suppliers; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving agility and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, procurement or industrial purchasing; experience within luxury goods, cosmetics or FMCG preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or equivalent preferred.
