Dior Supply Chain Transformation Project Assistant internship in Paris. 6-month hybrid role supporting distribution model deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of the new central distribution tool, tracking integration of new categories and functionalities
- Participate in design workshops for new tool features and coordinate user training initiatives
- Gather business requirements for reporting and operational dashboards
- Coordinate Anaplan and Power BI development teams to deliver datasets, manage agile planning cycles, and oversee testing and production rollout
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards aligned with business requirements
- Monitor data availability and dashboard distribution to supply chain teams
- Conduct preliminary data analysis to frame new transformation initiatives and present findings with recommended workstreams
Qualifications
- Engineering or business school graduate with specialization in Supply Chain (final-year Master's internship or gap-year candidate preferred)
- Excellent analytical capacity and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI with ability to rapidly master new tools
- Strong communication skills and collaborative interpersonal abilities
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and dynamic engagement

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate strong foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics through academic coursework or projects.
Education
