Christian Dior Couture seeks Supply Chain Security Manager in Paris for international transport & logistics security oversight. Full-time, OEA-sensitive role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and disseminate security standards applicable to warehouses, logistics hubs, and transport operations; deploy policies across all central and regional sites
  • Conduct security audits of logistics platforms, transport providers, and revalorization facilities; assess compliance with internal standards and international frameworks (OEA/AEO, Known Shipper, TAPA FSR/TSR)
  • Perform vulnerability studies on infrastructure, flows, and logistics processes; identify risks and propose tailored mitigation measures
  • Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans; measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure security devices function correctly (access controls, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, visitor management, shipment controls); select and oversee security contractors on central sites
  • Define security requirements for carriers; evaluate and audit transport providers; secure road, air, maritime, and multimodal flows; contribute to Known Shipper and Economic Operator Approved (AEO/OEA) accreditation maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations applicable to supply chain operations; maintain certifications including OEA/AEO, Known Shipper, TAPA FSR/TSR, and customs requirements
  • Investigate losses, theft, fraud, transport incidents, and malicious acts; liaise with law enforcement and legal services; perform root-cause analysis; define and track corrective actions; produce reports for senior management
  • Train and sensitize Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transport teams on security risks; develop and deliver tailored training; cultivate a security culture among internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in risk management, security, supply chain, logistics, or security disciplines
  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in security applied to international transport and logistics
  • Significant experience in a multicultural, international environment
  • Expertise in international transport risks and international commerce regulations
  • Mastery of audit methodologies and risk analysis frameworks
  • Knowledge of security technologies (video protection, access control, intrusion detection systems, geolocation)
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and project management software
