Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Supply Chain Projects & Data Manager to lead digitalisation and transformation of Supply Chain processes and data.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation of Supply Chain tools and processes: analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and define pragmatic solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate and drive cross-functional project governance (steering committees, workshops, progress reviews) to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
- Own delivery of projects that optimise core supply chain processes (forecasting, inventory and distribution management, production planning, procurement).
- Define and implement the Supply Chain digitalisation and data strategy in alignment with the BU and corporate objectives; prioritise initiatives and oversee roadmaps.
- Manage project roadmaps and associated budgets in close collaboration with IT (DSI) and the Dior Data team.
- Execute change-management activities: qualify impact, produce stakeholder communications, provide hands-on support and training to key users and BPOs.
- Maintain technology watch: evaluate emerging technologies and best practices, and cultivate relationships with technology vendors and solution providers.
- Work closely with IT Managers and System Architects to integrate jewellery & watch categories into broader Dior systems and data initiatives.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master’s in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain digitalisation and data-driven project management, either in-house or in consulting.
- Experience in luxury jewellery/watchmaking or fashion supply chains is a strong advantage.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain digitalisation and data project delivery, gained within industry or consulting. Experience in luxury jewellery/horology is a plus.
Education
Engineering diploma or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
