Christian Dior Couture seeks a Supply Chain Project Assistant to support global distribution performance reporting and Omnistock and omnichannel transformation projects, working with cross-functional and regional teams. This full-time, six-month internship starts in early January 2027 and is based in Paris, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work within the Supply Chain Transformation & Projects team in close collaboration with a Project Manager.
- Create and improve dashboards to track key Supply Chain KPIs for operational teams and management.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting, providing analyses and clear recommendations to support decision-making.
- Coordinate regularly with local teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas to ensure consistent performance monitoring.
- Provide relevant insights on observed results to inform continuous improvement at all levels, including senior management.
- Participate in workshops to analyse business needs with Supply Chain, Operations, IT and Business teams.
- Help create and update training materials for local teams during project rollouts, including process documentation and operating procedures.
- Take part in testing with the project team and regional stakeholders to ensure deliverable quality.
Qualifications
- Education in industrial engineering, with a specialisation in Supply Chain and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and business intelligence software such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Previous internship or project experience in supply chain management or data analysis is an advantage.
