Christian Dior Couture seeks a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Intern in Orléans, France for a formative six-month e-commerce logistics placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor e-commerce operations from order validation through customer delivery, escalating alerts and managing anomalies affecting customer satisfaction in collaboration with head office and warehouse teams
- Ensure seamless communication with the call centre, providing timely responses and solutions to customer inquiries on a daily basis
- Track performance indicators, processing timelines, and preparation quality metrics
- Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational difficulties identified during day-to-day execution
- Reconcile data across Dior systems (OMS, POS) and the e-commerce warehouse management system (WMS)
- Execute necessary inventory adjustments in case of anomalies and ensure consistency and accuracy of inventory records
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of a Bac+5 engineering school programme
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Foundational knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP software systems
- Organised approach with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric mindset and orientation

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate aptitude for operational problem-solving and a genuine interest in supply chain and e-commerce logistics.
