Christian Dior Couture: Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Intern (6 months) in Orléans, France. Support e-commerce and digital operations during period of significant growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation through final customer delivery
- Monitor performance indicators, processing timelines, and preparation quality; escalate alerts and resolve anomalies affecting customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary liaison with the call center, providing customer solutions on a daily basis
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on operational challenges
- Reconcile inventory data between Dior systems (OMS, POS) and warehouse systems (WMS)
- Execute necessary inventory adjustments in response to anomalies and maintain inventory accuracy and regularity
Qualifications
- Final-year engineering degree holder (Bac +5 equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP software
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated customer-centric orientation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Beginner level; exposure to operational or supply chain environments preferred. No prior luxury sector experience required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or about to complete a final-year engineering program or equivalent Bac +5 qualification.
