Christian Dior is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027, based in Orléans. The intern will coordinate e-commerce order operations, monitor performance and preparation quality, support customer service, reconcile stock data across OMS, POS and WMS systems, and help improve processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation through customer receipt, escalating alerts and resolving issues that may affect customer satisfaction in close collaboration with headquarters and e-commerce warehouse teams.
- Liaise with the call center and provide customers with the necessary answers and solutions on a daily basis.
- Monitor performance indicators, processing times and order preparation quality.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational issues identified during order processing.
- Reconcile information across Dior’s OMS and POS systems and the e-commerce warehouse’s WMS.
- Carry out necessary stock adjustments when discrepancies arise and ensure inventory regularity and quality.
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of a Bac +5 engineering programme.
- Interest in operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; basic knowledge of WMS, POS and ERP software is an advantage.
- Organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Good command of English.
