Christian Dior Couture: 6-month Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Intern in Paris. Support international e-commerce logistics transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate strategic e-commerce supply chain projects, including global initiative launches, workflow optimization, and digital/logistics solution deployment
- Identify optimization opportunities within warehouses and propose innovative solutions for efficiency improvements
- Standardize order preparation and packing methodologies across different regional distribution centers
- Deploy Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, supporting local teams in implementing best practices and improvement tools
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (KPIs, quality, productivity) to develop actionable improvement plans
- Assist operational teams during new process deployment, ensuring staff training and documentation
- Act as liaison between central, digital, and regional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations from a university, business school, or engineering school
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in supply chain projects, logistics, or continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management skills including planning, team coordination, and progress tracking
- Fluent English (essential requirement)
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools (preferred)
