Christian Dior Couture seeks a Supervisor, Women's Ready-to-Wear & Shoes in Prague to lead boutique sales, clienteling and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the Women's Ready‑to‑Wear & Shoes department and ensure seamless service delivery on the sales floor.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving commercial performance, achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and executing merchandising plans.
  • Manage onboarding and integration of new hires, allocate responsibilities, run regular team meetings and organise sales training sessions.
  • Deliver spot coaching and role modelling of the sales ceremony to elevate team clienteling and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and develop the customer database and CRM activities to optimise client relationships and repeat business.
  • Ensure high standards of floor presentation and store image; control displays, merchandise presentation and upkeep of the selling space.
  • Organise and participate in stock management: incoming goods processing, inventory procedures and minimisation of warehouse shortages.
  • Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and support the team with payments when required; liaise with other boutiques to improve synergies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • At least two years in a supervisory or management role within a boutique environment.
  • Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • Commercial mindset with initiative, creativity and sound fashion sense; solid knowledge of the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive sales and exceed customer expectations.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity, ideally within luxury apparel or accessories; proven track record of meeting boutique sales targets and leading a sales team.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail management or business is advantageous.
