Christian Dior Couture seeks a Supervisor in Sydney. Lead sales, client relationships, and team management at the iconic Castlereagh Street boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive ambitious sales targets through mastery of selling techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship management
- Identify client expectations and complete sales transactions while cross-selling across product categories
- Demonstrate passion and empathy to deliver unique, timeless experiences; provide excellent after-sale service
- Maximize client recruitment and establish strong relationships using the Be Dior platform
- Arrange private client appointments and support boutique events contributing to sales performance
- Act as a role model to junior staff, providing coaching and mentoring on selling techniques and service excellence
- Review progress of junior staff to identify potential and improvement areas; foster team motivation and boutique synergies
- Maintain selling space upkeep and visual merchandising to the highest standard
- Support inventory management and ensure implementation of company policies and guidelines
- Assist the management team in overall boutique operations and department management
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent selling techniques and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Self-motivated, proactive disposition with passion for luxury fashion
- Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail, with at least 1 year of supervisory or managerial responsibility.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal luxury retail or customer service training advantageous.
