Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide the strategic link between the retail team and store management regarding commercial performance, visual merchandising execution, and team KPIs
  • Lead shop floor presence to actively support and motivate team members throughout service periods

  • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail operations standards
  • Ensure departmental compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as directed by store management

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury fashion retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship-building ability
  • An established client book or demonstrated client loyalty following (preferred)
