Role & Responsibilities
- Provide the strategic link between the retail team and store management regarding commercial performance, visual merchandising execution, and team KPIs
- Lead shop floor presence to actively support and motivate team members throughout service periods
- Manage boutique or department zoning with a clear daily commercial strategy, ensuring clients receive the signature Dior service experience
- Drive cross-selling and add-on sales initiatives across all product categories to maximize revenue potential
- Address customer complaints as the primary escalation point, resolving issues professionally and maintaining client satisfaction
- Mentor team members by sharing sales techniques and best practices to help colleagues achieve individual and departmental targets
- Develop and implement individualized performance improvement plans with measurable KPIs; provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, seasonal collections, styling techniques, and brand campaigns

- Create commercial action plans for slow-moving inventory to maximize seasonal sell-through and minimize unsold stock
- Manage stock controls and cycle count procedures in accordance with established calendars; complete investigations within required timeframes
- Support back-office operations, customer relationship management systems, and point-of-sale procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail operations standards
- Ensure departmental compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage
- Perform additional duties and special projects as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship-building ability
- An established client book or demonstrated client loyalty following (preferred)
- Deep passion for the Christian Dior brand, aesthetic, and collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends and style principles
- Fluency in a second language beyond English (preferred)
