Christian Dior Couture Store Project Intern in Seoul – luxury retail development and project coordination opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support communication and coordination with local and international vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Assist with Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and quotation follow-up
- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking through internal systems
- Coordinate invoice submission, payment tracking, and vendor communications with Finance
- Provide administrative support for store construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and digital and physical filing systems
- Monitor project trackers and manage follow-up actions
- Prepare meeting minutes, project status reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate and follow-up on maintenance requests and minor repair works for existing boutiques
- Liaise with store managers and external vendors to schedule maintenance with minimal operational disruption
- Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Store Project team
- Coordinate site visits, vendor meetings, and project inspections
Qualifications
- University graduate or current student in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Retail Operations, Store Project coordination, or equivalent roles in luxury or retail environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of CAD or design software is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Retail Operations, Store Project coordination, or relevant roles in luxury or retail environment; strong interest in Store Projects, Retail Design, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
Education
University graduate or current student in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
