Christian Dior Couture seeks a Store Planning Manager in Singapore to lead store development and construction projects across South Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate store development projects across South Asia, including new openings, closures, retrofits, maintenance and procurement activities.
  • Act as principal liaison between local teams, the Paris Architecture team, external architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and landlords to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
  • Prepare, monitor and control project schedules and budgets; manage contracts and enforce brand quality and specification compliance.
  • Drive transparent tender processes and lead commercial negotiations with vendors and contractors when required.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, procurement strategies and risk assessments; implement mitigation measures to protect timelines and budget.
  • Conduct regular site and store visits to assess construction progress, workmanship and adherence to design intent.
  • Oversee post‑project reviews, capture lessons learned and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for store delivery and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with country and department heads to ensure operational requirements are integrated into project planning and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience, with demonstrable exposure to retail store development and construction.
  • Proven competence in procurement, vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong commercial and aesthetic judgment with good knowledge of suppliers and building materials.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, capable of multitasking and performing under pressure; comfortable with regional travel.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of related experience, ideally combining retail and construction/fit‑out backgrounds with a track record of delivering multiregional store projects on time and within budget.

Education
