Store Operations Manager at Christian Dior Couture, Saint-Tropez & Courchevel. Manage retail operations, inventory, and teams across two luxury boutiques with seasonal rotation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all merchandise flows including receipts, transfers, shipments, and returns, maintaining precise inventory records and adherence to Dior's storage protocols
  • Organize and pilot inventory cycles and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and loss prevention
  • Guarantee compliance with and deployment of operational procedures across the boutique while identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • Train and sensitize teams to Dior's operational standards and best practices
  • Oversee all after-sales and repair requests, manage associated administrative follow-ups, and communicate with clients regarding service status
  • Monitor after-sales performance indicators and implement corrective action plans when necessary
  • Supervise point-of-sale operations, ensure financial compliance, and oversee operational expense management
  • Serve as primary reference for boutique systems and applications including Shop In Dior, CARE, Dior In Stock, Census, and Cycle Count tools
  • Support omnichannel project deployments and retail innovation initiatives across the Maison
  • Manage operational infrastructure needs including supplies, equipment, uniforms, and maintenance interventions
  • Maintain Dior's presentation and excellence standards throughout the store environment
  • Act as management liaison to the Store Director and collaborate closely with sales teams to reinforce client experience and store performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of significant experience in retail operations, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Proven successful first management experience with team leadership capability
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with service-focused approach
  • Proficiency with digital tools and operational management systems
  • Analytical thinking combined with rigor and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in demanding, dynamic, and international environments
  • Availability for seasonal mobility between Saint-Tropez and Courchevel
