Christian Dior Couture seeks a Store Operations Manager in Saint-Tropez to oversee inventory, SOPs, cash operations and after-sales in the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to enable sales and deliver exceptional client service across all retail touchpoints.
- Manage inventory and logistics processes: receipt, order follow-up, ticketing, transfers, shipments and stock replenishment.
- Implement and enforce stock control procedures, weekly cycle counts and annual inventories to strengthen loss-prevention.
- Maintain and update all store SOPs; ensure consistent application and lead staff training on policies and operational workflows.
- Act as the retail systems referent for back-office tools (Shop In Dior, Xpert, CARE, Dior in Stock, Census/Cycle Count, E-services): provide training, manage access requests and drive adoption.
- Supervise after‑sales operations including repairs and returns; manage client correspondence and administrative follow-up, and launch corrective action plans when required.
- Manage cash operations and expense controls; oversee cash-handling procedures and financial controls at store level.
- Coordinate supplies, uniforms and facilities maintenance; ensure the boutique environment meets brand standards.
- Support the digital/omnichannel coordinator on special retail projects (e.g., Dior Star, personalization initiatives) and other ad hoc deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience; preference for candidates with ~7 years’ experience including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in inventory control, loss-prevention and retail logistics.
- Demonstrable ability to implement SOPs, train teams and ensure operational compliance.
- Strong organisational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset.
- Resilient under pressure with a proactive, motivated attitude and the capacity to embody maison values through exemplary conduct.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience; preferred profile includes around 7 years of industry experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
Education
Secondary education with vocational or technical training in retail, business or a related discipline; formal retail management qualification or diploma is an advantage.
