Christian Dior Couture Store Operations Associate in Singapore | Full-time boutique operations & inventory management role in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer care services by reviewing aftersales client requests, monitoring boutique KPIs, and following up on administrative tasks
  • Escalate client and boutique issues when urgent or complicated to maintain service excellence
  • Support implementation of all digital-related projects for the boutique
  • Oversee POS and till payments including distant selling processes and guidelines
  • Verify all transactions adhere to local market legal requirements and anti-money laundering standards
  • Apply and communicate all POS practices, procedures, systems and applications
  • Support and follow up on boutique maintenance requirements and budget management
  • Assist in managing ad hoc projects such as events, pop-ups, external storage locations, and boutique openings or closings
  • Support boutique management in managing inventory flows including stock deliveries, transfers, and annual inventory shrinkage analysis
  • Ensure storage regulations are followed and best practices applied
  • Supervise supply needs for the boutique including materials, tools, uniforms, and other requisites
  • Provide daily administrative support ensuring the boutique operates in accordance with Dior guidelines, Regional Operations protocols, and local health and safety policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail operations or boutique administration
  • Advanced organisational and detail-oriented capabilities
  • Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical aptitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash management procedures
  • Understanding of inventory management and logistics processes
