Christian Dior Couture in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Store Operations Associate — on‑site full‑time role supporting boutique back‑of‑house, inventory and cash operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager with day‑to‑day back‑of‑house operations including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash counting and store closing procedures.
- Process and oversee all shipping and receiving activities to ensure store inventory records are accurate and promptly updated.
- Maintain an orderly, secure and well‑presented stockroom and receiving area; manage replenishment, packaging, equipment and uniforms.
- Participate in and monitor inventory processes, cycle counts and worldwide after‑sales service procedures, ensuring accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages and returns to vendor.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate and manage boutique team execution of operational tasks and daily back‑of‑house workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in retail, fashion retail or luxury retail preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional grooming and a strong passion for fashion and the luxury retail sector.
- High attention to detail, strong organisation and reliable follow‑through on tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; proficiency in spoken English is required and additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable with routine cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent business utilities.
