Role & Responsibilities
- Design optimal boutique organization, recruit suitable profiles, and proactively build talent pipeline
- Drive performance and compensation management, ensuring people development and engagement
- Oversee day-to-day boutique team management, training, coaching, and motivation
- Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to maintain operational alignment
- Facilitate effective communication between management and store associates
- Diagnose performance gaps and define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets
- Lead implementation and monitoring of strategic action plans
- Optimize boutique performance and profitability through KPI monitoring
- Implement and monitor CRM programs and initiatives
- Act as Maison Ambassador to establish and cultivate direct VIP client relationships
- Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage boutique back-office administration and operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail management or equivalent
- Proven leadership capability in multi-site or high-volume retail environments
