Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize sales through client acquisition, exceptional service delivery, and customer retention
  • Develop and nurture a network of clients while serving as a brand ambassador and participating in local and in-store events
  • Monitor sales reports and merchandise requirements to ensure appropriate inventory levels and product assortment
  • Oversee window displays and visual merchandising standards to maintain premium in-store aesthetics
  • Lead, develop, and mentor sales team members while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor
  • Manage store operations and performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve targets
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager on sales strategy, client events, and team management

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous
  • Strong brand ambassador capabilities and commitment to exceptional customer service
