Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and control boutique sales performance through KPI analysis, market evaluation, and strategic sales action plans aligned with brand launches and animations
• Maintain ultimate luxury store ambience and brand image according to Dior standards, ensuring meticulous attention to visual merchandising guidelines and retail environment presentation
• Develop and execute customer relationship strategies to build a dense network of VIP clients and high-value customers through social engagement, event invitations, and personalized service experiences
• Recruit, integrate, and train boutique team members while establishing clear organizational structures, succession plans, and task distribution within departments
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and daily briefings to drive team focus on objectives and foster continuous skill development
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, cycle counts, cash procedures, P&L supervision, and compliance with legal, fiscal, and security regulations
• Ensure proper maintenance of physical property and implement all security measures to prevent operational risks
• Facilitate bilateral communication between headquarters functions and the boutique, analyzing and communicating POS data, competitor information, and relevant market insights

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a store manager or equivalent leadership role in luxury retail
• Deep understanding of luxury brand standards, customer service excellence, and clienteling best practices
• Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs and develop strategic action plans
• Experience in team recruitment, development, and performance management
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and P&L responsibility
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
