Role & Responsibilities

• Design the optimum boutique structure, recruit suitable profiles, and proactively build a talent pipeline.
• Drive performance management, develop employees, motivate the team, and reinforce engagement.
• Manage the boutique team’s day-to-day activities, training, coaching, and motivation.
• Conduct and participate in regular store meetings covering performance, sales training, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and key operational information.
• Analyze boutique data, diagnose performance, and define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
• Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates and lead the implementation of strategic action plans.
• Optimize boutique performance and profitability through continuous KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate sales promotions, trunk shows, seasonal events, and CRM initiatives tailored to local and international clientele.
• Implement and monitor CRM programs to maximize client retention and engagement.
• Represent the Maison and build and maintain relationships with VIP clients.
• Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and luxury standards.
• Manage back-office activities, administration, store expenses, and adherence to budget.
• Oversee employees’ compliance with company policies, security procedures, and lock-up routines.
• Oversee inventory processes, monitor merchandise pricing, gather transfers and damaged goods, and minimize stock loss.
• Participate in merchandise displays and visual presentations in accordance with Maison guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and adapt flexibly to store needs.
• Mentoring and coaching attitude with high emotional intelligence.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French and additional foreign languages are a strong plus.
