Christian Dior Store Manager opportunity in Barcelona's Paseo de Gracia. Lead luxury boutique operations and team for iconic fashion Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design optimal boutique structure, recruit high-calibre profiles, and proactively develop a talent pipeline
- Drive performance management, ensure people development, and reinforce team engagement and motivation
- Oversee day-to-day boutique management, including team training, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance metrics, sales training, product knowledge, and visual merchandising strategy
- Analyze boutique data to diagnose trends and establish action plans aligned with Maison and category sales targets
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates whilst leading implementation of strategic initiatives
- Optimize boutique performance and profitability through continuous KPI monitoring and analysis
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, trunk shows, seasonal events, and CRM initiatives for local and international clientele
- Implement and monitor CRM programs to maximize client retention and engagement
- Act as a direct Ambassador of the Maison to build and maintain relationships with VIP clients
- Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and luxury standards
- Manage back office operations, store expenses, and budget adherence
- Oversee associate compliance with security procedures and lock-up routines
- Manage inventory processes, monitor merchandise pricing, and minimize stock loss
- Participate in merchandise displays and visual presentations according to Maison guidelines
