Role & Responsibilities
- Exemplify the values of the Maison through exemplary conduct.
- Lead and supervise stock management teams within the boutique.
- Organize the reception, storage, preparation, and distribution of merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and supply quality.
- Manage and oversee inventory processes.
- Handle administrative tasks related to product lifecycle, including transfers, end-of-life processes, rebalancing, and adjustments.
- Resolve disputes and issues with transporters and suppliers.
- Provide support and act as a liaison for sales departments.
Qualifications
- Experience in stock management and team leadership within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with merchandise management software.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment requiring responsiveness and precision.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in stock management and supervisory roles in a retail setting is required.
