Stock Manager at Christian Dior Couture in Paris. 3-month temporary contract managing inventory operations in luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reference for all stock management operations including receiving, transferring, disposal, loans, reservations, and seasonal sale preparations
- Conduct rotating inventory counts according to the established calendar
- Ensure implementation of internal control processes and procedures across all retail team members
- Support retail operations with hands-on assistance including stock arrangement, optimization, packaging orders, and equipment procurement
- Manage pricing updates and piece labeling, particularly during price changes
- Track and manage after-sales service follow-ups
- Provide specialized knowledge of police book regulations for jewelry and watchmaking operations and assist sales teams accordingly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of inventory management or stock operations experience
- Proficiency with stock management software and systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with initiative and autonomy
