Christian Dior Couture, Zurich: Stock Associate temporary contract. Manage inventory, support sales staff, and ensure product excellence in our luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide efficient service to sales staff by preparing products and advising on inventory availability
- Ensure adequate product availability on the shop floor and execute stock transfers between locations as needed
- Process customer returns, verify condition and completeness, and manage after-sales service
- Assist with product deliveries, verify shipment contents and quantities, and confirm acceptable condition
- Package, label, and properly store all products in the stockroom according to company standards
- Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated knowledge of stock management and supply chain processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Team player with empathy and an agile mindset
