Christian Dior Couture seeks a Stock Associate for their Milano Montenapoleone Boutique on a fixed-term contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all incoming and outbound physical and IT merchandise flows including receiving, order follow-up, ticketing, transfers, and shipments to the Regional Digital warehouse
- Respect and implement all storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices
- Participate in inventory activities including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory audits
- Conduct administrative follow-up of Care Services and support the sales team on key procedures
- Demonstrate exemplary use of all back-office systems and tools
- Supervise supplies needs including uniform and consumable inventory
- Maintain store upkeep and coordinate maintenance requirements
- Assist Managers and Sales Assistants on the sales floor as needed to support client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail and service sector experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury products and retail operations
- Proficiency in basic IT applications including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment
