Stewarding Agent (Dishwashing) at Christian Dior Couture, Paris – Full-time Fixed-term Position
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen equipment and employee facilities in full compliance with HACCP standards
- Clean and service all tableware and dining equipment using appropriate washing machinery
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to manufacturer specifications
- Segregate, compact, and evacuate waste materials and recyclables
- Clean and maintain waste containers and designated waste management areas
- Execute preliminary product preparation tasks under chef supervision
- Participate in goods receipt and inventory documentation
- Report any safety incidents, abnormalities, or accident risks to management immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of stewarding or kitchen operations experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols
- Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and standing tasks
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure during service periods

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in stewarding, dishwashing operations, or comparable kitchen support roles.
Education
No specific formal educational qualification required; professional training or certification in food safety or kitchen operations is advantageous.
