Stewarding Agent (Dishwashing) at Christian Dior Couture, Paris – Full-time Fixed-term Position

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain kitchen equipment and employee facilities in full compliance with HACCP standards
  • Clean and service all tableware and dining equipment using appropriate washing machinery
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to manufacturer specifications
  • Segregate, compact, and evacuate waste materials and recyclables
  • Clean and maintain waste containers and designated waste management areas
  • Execute preliminary product preparation tasks under chef supervision
  • Participate in goods receipt and inventory documentation
  • Report any safety incidents, abnormalities, or accident risks to management immediately

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of stewarding or kitchen operations experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and standing tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure during service periods
