Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Stand Manager — Perfumes at Sephora Champs‑Élysées in Paris to lead sales, operations and a large beauty team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial performance of the Dior stand and podium within Sephora Champs‑Élysées, setting ambitious sales priorities and executing the Maison's commercial policies to meet revenue and quality targets.
- Design, organise and evaluate in‑store activations and promotional events on the stand and podium; measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Deliver exceptional client service: welcome, advise and retain local and international customers through differentiated, personalised interactions and clienteling.
- Develop and deploy CRM and clienteling actions; ensure weekly and monthly reporting of brand sales data and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Sephora store management to capitalise on the partnership and operational opportunities.
- Manage daily stand operations: enforce Dior grooming and merchandising standards, produce activity schedules, oversee stock management, orders, inventories and cash handling.
- Coach, motivate and develop a multi‑disciplinary team (beauty advisors, make‑up artists, fragrance and skincare specialists); define objectives, implement commercial challenges and foster career development and internal mobility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in cosmetics, perfumes or premium beauty, with responsibility for large teams (20+).
- Higher education degree (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in business, management or luxury studies.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets in department‑store, wholesale or multi‑site retail environments.
- Strong leadership and people‑development skills with demonstrated ability to mobilise and retain large teams.
- Commercially driven, resilient, adaptable and results oriented with strong organisational rigour.
- Professional command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail with significant people‑management responsibilities; demonstrable success managing high‑volume counters or stands in department stores, wholesale or multibrand environments, and driving commercial performance through clienteling and events.
Education
Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master's or equivalent) in commerce, management or luxury-related studies.
