Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the spare‑parts strategy for the Care Service, contributing to the department's vision and action plans.
- Participate in collection reviews and determine spare parts to anticipate and stock for upcoming ranges.
- Manage creation and maintenance of after‑sales BOMs (nomenclatures SAV) in collaboration with production teams.
- Coordinate component and spare‑parts orders with industrial teams and monitor adherence to production schedules.
- Design and optimise spare‑parts inventory policy to balance stock levels against internal client demand and service targets.
- Consolidate zone requests for spare parts and process orders in the appointed management tool.
- Oversee non‑conformity handling for spare parts and drive corrective action plans with production and quality teams.
- Act as primary liaison for regional Quality and After‑Sales referents to ensure alignment and service consistency.
- Own delivery performance and service‑rate objectives, designing and tracking departmental KPIs to meet internal commitments.
- Line‑manage a small team (2 direct reports), fostering cross‑functional collaboration and operational discipline.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain for finished goods or spare parts, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders (production, quality, regional teams).
- Strong product sensibility, rigorous quality standards and a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluent English is mandatory; ability to operate in a multicultural, pan‑European environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (Pack Office) and experience setting and monitoring operational KPIs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (notably to Italy).

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain experience managing finished goods or spare parts operations within the luxury industry, including production liaison, inventory policy ownership and small team leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field; a master's degree or advanced supply‑chain qualification is preferred.
