Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and sanitary condition of all spa areas, both front of house and back of house, in accordance with established standards
- Ensure adequate stock of linen, supplies, and amenities; communicate inventory needs to management promptly
- Demonstrate exemplary professionalism and guest courtesy in all interactions
- Assist spa therapists with setup and takedown of treatment areas
- Respond attentively to guest needs and requests as they arise
- Support all spa operations as directed by management
- Communicate guest experience feedback and concerns to management
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to management
- Adhere strictly to all spa operating procedures and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of spa or hospitality experience
- Highly responsible and reliable work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on guest needs
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Minimum 3 years of spa or hospitality industry experience required. Prior exposure to luxury hospitality environments or high-end wellness facilities is highly preferred.
