Christian Dior Couture seeks a Spa Attendant in New York — full-time on-site role at the House of Dior, $26–$28/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain spa cleanliness and hygiene to the Maison’s standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of linens, amenities and supplies; notify management when replenishment is required.
- Prepare treatment rooms for therapists, including setup and takedown of equipment and linens.
- Respond to guest requests and attend to client needs with polished hospitality and discretion.
- Assist across spa operations as requested by management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Report equipment malfunctions and any guest experience issues to spa management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to the spa’s operating procedures, health and safety and sanitation protocols.
- Support inventory control and housekeeping tasks, including laundering and organizing linens.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in spa or hospitality operations.
- Previous spa, wellness or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic and ability to follow established procedures.
- High level of attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Education
