Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing assets for sponsored campaigns.
- Brief copywriters on captions.
- Prepare tracked links and images for various platforms.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to address their needs.
- Initiate and manage translations with Dataword, ensuring integration into One Drive for market access.
- Coordinate with media agencies, saving plans, sharing with subsidiaries, and analyzing reports.
- Assist in creating media briefs and tracking annual plans for headquarters and subsidiaries.
- Support competitive monitoring and perform ad-hoc campaign analyses.
- Aid in the development of 360° Monthly Reports and launch reports for collections, products, and shows.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in French.
- Good understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
- Knowledge of paid social media with a full-funnel understanding.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive.
- Passionate about the industry, motivated, and highly committed.
- Quick comprehension skills.
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and solution-oriented.
- Preferred: Prior experience in media or paid social.
