Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop patterns for small leather goods and bags from design sketches and creative briefs.
  • Translate aesthetic concepts into technically sound construction solutions that meet quality and manufacturability standards.
  • Define and document product specifications, measurements, markers and technical sheets.
  • Support prototyping phases and work closely with sample makers to validate fit, function and finish.
  • Collaborate with product development, industrialisation and sourcing teams to optimise models for production and cost efficiency.
  • Identify technical issues during development cycles and propose corrective or improvement actions.
  • Manage and implement modifications throughout the development process to ensure final product feasibility.
