Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Skincare Therapist in Selfridges, London — deliver Dior Prestige facial treatments, coach teams and drive luxury retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-cabin and counter skincare treatments (including Dior Prestige La Suite) that meet brand service standards and drive paid treatment revenue.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets through expert product recommendation, personalized consultations and execution of the D.I.O.R. sales method.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM maintenance and use of Dior tools to convert and retain clients.
- Operate and maintain cabin and counter standards: hygiene, merchandising, stock monitoring and daily operational tasks (including point-of-sale where applicable).
- Lead, mentor and coach junior Beauty Consultants and Skincare Specialists on skincare diagnosis, treatment protocols, selling technique and the international training curriculum.
- Represent the brand at in-store events, skincare activations and PR initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of approximately 4–8 years' professional experience delivering high-level facial and body skincare treatments in luxury retail or spa environments (massage test mandatory).
- Fluent English (verbal and written); proficiency in the local language where applicable.
- Strong track record of selling in a luxury environment and demonstrable clienteling/CRM experience.
- Thorough knowledge of skin functions, skin diagnosis, facial/body anatomy and professional skincare protocols.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members on technical and commercial skills.

Several years of progressive experience in luxury skincare or beauty therapy, ideally 4–8 years providing professional treatments and working within retail or boutique spa settings; experience coaching peers and contributing to sales KPIs is expected.
Education
NVQ Level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent.
