Skincare Service & Facial Trainer at Dior in Seoul: lead training and coaching to elevate retail skincare services and client experiences in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cabin facial training and point-of-sale coaching to strengthen Dior Ambassadors' facial service techniques and ensure elevated, consistent execution of cabin facial services across the retail network
- Develop and deliver comprehensive skincare service and product knowledge programs, enhancing Dior Ambassadors' skincare expertise, service confidence, and ability to provide personalized recommendations in line with Dior standards
- Conduct regular field coaching and follow-up training across retail locations, enhancing clienteling capabilities, driving client recruitment and development, promoting skincare premiumization, and translating service excellence into sustainable business growth
- Support and deliver skincare-related events and activations, providing expert training and coaching to create impactful client experiences that strengthen Dior's skincare expertise and market desirability
Qualifications
- Esthetician certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail and retail education experience with field-level exposure in the luxury industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Expertise in digital devices and program utilization
- Demonstrated capability in performance analysis and reporting
