Christian Dior Couture seeks a Showroom Coordinator (Press & VIP, Menswear) in Paris. Manage showroom operations, samples, press and VIP logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day showroom operations including merchandising, maintenance, pressing and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate returns and logistics for press, VIP and influencer requests, ensuring timely collection and re‑entry of samples.
  • Serve as primary coordinator for internal projects (campaigns, Dior Magazine, e‑commerce, image shoots, production and studio activities).
  • Provide operational support for special projects and events (film festivals, runway shows, awards ceremonies and other high‑profile activations).
  • Maintain inventories of collections: labelling, codification and physical audits.
  • Liaise with transport and logistics teams to ensure correct HTS/HS codification of samples and compliance with sample traffic/customs regulations.
  • Archive and manage logistical flow of previous collections and sample storage.
  • Monitor showroom stock levels and place orders for supplies and shopping materials.
  • Manage the showroom calendar, appointments and daily agenda, and update sample and appointment records in Launchmetrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a showroom, press, samples or logistics role within fashion or luxury.
  • Proven proficiency with Launchmetrics and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational autonomy, attention to detail and reliability under deadline pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with press, creative and logistics teams.
  • Fluent English (essential); professional working knowledge of French is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customs procedures and HTS/HS codification for garment samples is desirable.
