Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and commercial performance for the shoes department, including tracking KPIs such as sales conversion, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Develop and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing coaching, daily performance animation, and career development opportunities
- Embody deep product expertise across materials, craftsmanship, collections, and storytelling to serve as a reference point for styling and cross-selling
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities including iconic pieces, new collections, and limited editions
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising, stock organization, and adherence to Dior operational standards
- Deliver personalized, emotionally resonant customer experiences that foster loyalty and international clientele development
- Analyze performance indicators and implement actionable plans tailored to department needs
- Collaborate across store departments and relay senior management directives to front-line teams

Qualifications
