Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong Dior brand presence through strategic collaboration, client engagement, and adherence to brand standards
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by creating welcoming environments, personalizing service, and partnering with leased department store teams
- Provide expert product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling to elevate client engagement and drive sales performance
- Build and sustain strong relationships with leased department store team members through ongoing communication, collaboration, and strategic follow-up
- Train and mentor leased department store sellers with styling guidance, collection insights, and performance enablement
- Communicate client feedback, business opportunities, and operational insights to management
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in strict accordance with Dior design guidelines
- Manage complete boutique opening and closing procedures, including POS operations and daily administrative tasks
- Process all Dior POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures, with full compliance to payment and retention policies
- Support preparation and luxury packaging of client purchases according to Dior presentation standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and timely discrepancy communication
- Oversee all product movements including shipments, transfers, loans, returns, and retrievals
- Ensure organization, cleanliness, and operational standards within stockrooms and all boutique work areas
- Execute daily operational tasks including supply ordering and Dioroutine priorities
- Complete required daily and weekly reporting, exception reporting, and sales and banking reconciliation
- Support overall boutique operations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies, safety, security, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through capabilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise, fixtures, and supplies
- Proven ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to upholding all company policies, procedures, regulations, and operational standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated success working in fast-paced retail environments with strong operational and customer service acumen.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or hospitality education beneficial.
