Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product management for the women's footwear collection, coordinating strategic and creative directions with the Studio.
- Prepare the seasonal collection brief (approximately four times per year): trends, market opportunities and strategic orientations informed by sales history and market analysis.
- Develop the collection catalogue (modelario) in close collaboration with the Industrial Development team in Italy, ensuring coherence between design intent and industrial realisation.
- Manage product codification and maintain the product master/repository with rigorous version control.
- Edit and refine the collection plan with Studio and development teams; provide product recommendations and execute adjustments through to showroom presentation.
- Provide prototypes for fittings and follow the technical sign-off process with the Industrial Development team.
- Implement and optimise processes and information flows with the industrial team to ensure timely development and launch readiness.
- Present collections and technical dossiers to internal support teams (Legal, After-Sales) and validate model/name deposits with Legal.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for showroom installations and the development of bespoke props.
- Autonomously manage special projects (Couture footwear, Haute Couture, Bridal) from brief to delivery.
- Conduct continuous competitive intelligence: monitor competitor collections, launches and pricing; produce seasonal reviews and mapping and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent in Marketing, Management or related discipline.
- Minimum five years' demonstrable experience in product development and product marketing within footwear or luxury fashion.

- Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to craft succinct, persuasive briefs and reports.
- Proven analytical skills with strong capacity for synthesis, organisation and project prioritisation.
- High attention to detail, rigor and precision in product specifications and technical follow-ups.
