Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Visual Merchandiser in Seoul, South Korea to oversee brand presentation and VM standards across boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines regularly in alignment with global standards, including seasonal rotations, events, and special occasions
- Monitor visual merchandising condition across dedicated stores and conduct window and visual lightbox planning to meet global standards
- Support boutique openings, renovations, and relocations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Provide training and mentorship to in-store visual merchandisers on techniques and best practices to maintain elevated standards
- Prepare and develop visual merchandising guidelines as required
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising teams on special events and pop-up activations
- Manage visual merchandising prop ordering, track delivery status, and monitor inventory levels to support timeline adherence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in retail visual merchandising
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising implementation and store presentation
- Strong creative and design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and design tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in both Korean and English
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to travel and work on-site across multiple store locations

Experience
Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in the retail industry, with proven expertise in visual merchandising implementation and store presentation across retail environments.
