Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Sales Executive (Women's RTW) in London (Harrods) to drive client development and deliver exceptional in‑store service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service on the shop floor and through one‑to‑one personal shopping to recruit and retain high‑value clients.
- Implement clientelling strategies to develop long‑term relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets, including add‑on and one‑to‑one (OTO) sales.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Women's Ready‑to‑Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories and Leather Goods and remain aware of current marketing campaigns and launches.
- Maintain accurate sales administration, follow stock management procedures and ensure correct cash, credit and exchange handling.
- Support visual and housekeeping standards of the department, including merchandising and display upkeep.
- Act to minimise loss and protect merchandise through adherence to security procedures.
- Contribute positively to team meetings, assist peers, and carry out additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, ideally within Women's Ready‑to‑Wear.
- Proven track record of client recruitment, relationship development and meeting sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge across RTW, fine jewellery, accessories and leather goods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Confident, professional demeanour and ability to represent the house with discretion and tact.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on luxury retail experience, with demonstrable success in client recruitment, relationship management and achieving sales targets within premium womenswear or multi‑category luxury departments.
Education
Secondary education; vocational qualification in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
