Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet, serve, and advise customers to the highest standard, maintaining excellence in all client interactions
  • Develop enduring client loyalty through one-to-one personal shopper consultations and relationship-based selling
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all menswear categories and communicate current campaigns, new launches, and promotions
  • Drive add-on sales and maximize revenue potential aligned with individual and departmental targets
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and escalate to line management when necessary
  • Monitor sales targets and departmental performance on a daily and weekly basis
