Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Harrods Men's RTW in London — full-time role focused on client recruitment and luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, identify and cultivate long-term clients through personalised 1-to-1 clientelling and personal shopping interactions.
  • Deliver the highest standard of customer service on the shop floor, advising clients across Men's RTW, shoes and leather goods.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets through proactive selling, add-on recommendations and conversion of opportunities (OTO initiatives).
  • Demonstrate up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of marketing campaigns, launches and promotions to maximise commercial opportunity.
  • Follow stock management procedures and ensure accurate transaction handling via selling systems, cash, credit and exchange protocols.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising, housekeeping and presentation standards within the Harrods Men's RTW department.
  • Manage customer complaints and queries professionally, escalating to line management when necessary.
  • Apply loss-prevention and security measures to protect product and minimise shrinkage.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and support colleagues to sustain departmental performance and service levels.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by management to support store operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in men's ready-to-wear, shoes or leather goods.
  • Proven track record of client recruitment, development and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong product knowledge of men's fashion and current market trends; passion for Christian Dior collections.
  • Numeracy and commercial awareness to monitor daily and weekly sales performance.
  • Professional presentation, high standards of personal grooming and an ability to represent a luxury maison.
  • Team orientation with the ability to contribute positively to departmental culture and objectives.
