Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers with exemplary standards of service consistent with Dior's heritage
- Develop client loyalty through personalized one-to-one relationships and personal shopper-style engagement
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all accessory categories and communicate awareness of current campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Drive add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Address customer complaints effectively by liaising with management when necessary
- Maintain awareness of sales targets and departmental performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis
- Execute client recruitment and development strategies
- Generate sales through one-time opportunity (OTO) initiatives
- Follow all stock management procedures and maintain inventory controls
- Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and department display
- Operate proficiently with point-of-sale systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Uphold retail standards and housekeeping excellence throughout the store environment
- Implement security best practices and loss-prevention measures
- Ensure compliance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to departmental objectives
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management

- Minimum 3 years of previous experience within luxury fashion retail, specifically in accessories
