Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet, serve, and advise customers with the highest standard of customer service consistently
  • Develop customer loyalty by building long-term relationships through a one-to-one personal shopper approach to sales
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and maintain awareness of current advertising campaigns, new launches, and promotions
  • Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential aligned with individual and departmental targets
  • Address customer complaints effectively by liaising with line management when necessary
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of sales targets and departmental performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Drive client recruitment and development initiatives
  • Ensure sales generation through one-to-one touchpoints (OTO)
  • Follow all stock management procedures and maintain compliance with retail systems
  • Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping within the department
  • Operate proficiently with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
  • Maintain the highest standards of store housekeeping and retail standards
  • Implement all necessary security measures to prevent loss and theft of product
  • Ensure departmental operations comply with company administration systems and procedures to minimise losses
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics
  • Assess potential clients on the shop floor and prioritise prospect qualification
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with peers and clientele
