Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers to the highest standard of service
- Develop client loyalty through personalized one-to-one personal shopper consultations
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and communicate current advertising campaigns, new launches, and promotions
- Drive add-on sales and achieve individual and departmental sales targets
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to line management when necessary
- Monitor sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Drive client recruitment and development initiatives
