Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Senior Sales Executive (Menswear) at Harrods, London — drive client development and deliver exceptional luxury retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service on the shop floor using a 1-to-1 personal‑shopper approach to recruit and retain high‑value clients.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clientelling and follow‑up to maximise lifetime value and repeat purchase.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Men's Ready‑to‑Wear, shoes and leather goods and remain conversant with current campaigns, launches and promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets through add‑on sales, OTO (one‑to‑one) sales and disciplined opportunity management.
  • Operate selling systems, cash and credit procedures accurately and follow stock‑management processes to control shrinkage and minimise losses.
  • Support departmental merchandising, housekeeping and visual standards to ensure an impeccable in‑store presentation.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to management when required.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance retail culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably within men's ready‑to‑wear, shoes or leather goods.
  • Proven track record of client recruitment, client development and meeting sales targets in a premium retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert selling opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with polished communication and presentation.
  • Familiarity with POS/selling systems, cash handling and store administrative procedures.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self‑confidence and commitment to delivering the Maison's service standards.
