Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, serve, and advise customers to the highest standard of luxury service at all times
- Develop client loyalty through personalised one-to-one consultative selling and relationship-building
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all jewellery categories and communicate current campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Drive sales through add-on offerings and maximise individual and departmental sales targets
- Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate to line management when necessary
- Monitor personal sales performance against departmental targets on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain client recruitment and development activities with a focus on OTO (one-to-one) sales generation
- Execute stock management procedures and maintain visual merchandise standards throughout the department
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash, credit, and exchange procedures with accuracy
- Ensure security protocols and prevent loss through vigilant floor presence and product monitoring
- Maintain highest standards of housekeeping and visual retail presentation
- Support team coordination through active participation in meetings and positive contribution to departmental objectives
- Assess potential clients on the shop floor and engage high-value prospects
- Execute any additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience within luxury fashion retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury collections
- Passion for the Christian Dior brand and its heritage
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service standards
